Starting prices — public, excluding VAT; every figure calculated openly from €80/h.
Introducing e-invoicing, sorting out bookkeeping routines, printers, email accounts, accounting interfaces — everything a fixed price does not cover. Together with your tax adviser if you wish.
Beyond that €2 per additional kilometre (one way, as the crow flies); we never charge for the return trip. Even for a single hour.
Two to three sessions by screen sharing — look, set up, test — and 30 days of follow-up support by e-mail.
Analysis, connection to your ERP or industry software, testing on real transactions, training — vendor-independent, fixed price after the analysis.
The workshop day already delivers a concept and a script or prototype — small data sets in one go — and is credited; larger data sets 5 to 8 working days.
All prices exclude VAT, no surcharges. A fixed price replaces the hourly rate — you never pay both. Nothing fits? A quote after the free intro call.

Five hours, nothing more is in it — spread over two to three sessions, preparation and 30 days of e-mail:
- Look, about 1 hour: which software do you use, where do your invoices come from and go to — and what can the software already do?
- Set up, about 1.5 hours: receiving and sending in your software — or, if it cannot do that, pragmatically with what you have: our tools, inbox rules, tidy filing.
- Test, about 1 hour: two test invoices there and back, a short guide for your team.
- The rest: preparation and 30 days of follow-up by e-mail — in case a question comes up after all.
Integration

Around 20 hours of work, rounded to a clean starting price. If your connection needs more, we tell you after the first step — no money changes hands before:
- Analysis, about half a day: interface, data fields, invoice types — then the fixed-price quote.
- Connection, the biggest chunk: outgoing as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD, incoming into your filing or accounting.
- Testing on real transactions: your invoices, your customers, your special cases.
- Training and handover to your team.
Data migration
1 day = 8 h × €80
= €640
We count in working days. The first one is the workshop (€640, credited):
- Workshop, 1 day: we clarify scope and data, write the concept — and get our hands dirty right away: the migration script or a prototype with your first real records. For manageable data sets the migration is done the same day.
- Then the fixed price for the rest, workshop credited.
- Migration, checks on real data, handover — 5 to 8 working days for larger data sets.
Individual support
3 h on site, 30 km: €100 + 2 × €80
= €260
On site the first hour costs a flat €100 including travel — within 50 km around Achern. Every further hour €80, no minimum. At 70 km, 20 × €2 = €40 for the distance would be added; remotely it stays at €80/h with no travel.
And if it is more than e-invoicing?
