How we calculate
No flat rate without an open calculation — on site this applies:
First hour €100
Including travel — within 50 km around Achern. Even if it is done after 40 minutes.
Every further hour €80
The same hourly rate as remote, no surcharge and no minimum. Half hours pro rata.
Further away: €2 per kilometre
For every kilometre beyond the 50 km limit, one way, as the crow flies from Achern. You never pay for the return trip.
Remote: €80/h
Much can be done by remote maintenance or video call — then there is no travel, and the clock only runs while we work.

E-invoicing is the occasion — but in an office everything is connected. So we also come when it is not about invoices at all:

What we do not do: tax advice and the bookkeeping itself — that stays with your tax adviser, happily with us at the same table.
