You get the routing ID from your client. It is stated in the order or in the procurement portal.
What is this for?
The routing ID addresses a public authority in invoice traffic - like a house number on the network. It belongs in the "buyer reference" field (BT-10) of your XRechnung. Without it the authority rejects the invoice; that is error BR-DE-15, the most common one of all.
