The workbench

PDF in, XRechnung out: drop in your invoice — as a PDF, a photo from your phone, XML or a CSV with lines. If an e-invoice is already inside, we unpack it; otherwise the AI reads the fields as a proposal. The invoice grows on the right, you check and download.

Unpacking is free and unlimited. If there is no e-invoice inside the PDF, the AI reads the fields as a proposal — you check every field before the file is created. To check many files at once, use the emergency service.

What comes out

The XRechnung as XML, checked against the most important rules of EN 16931 and XRechnung — next to it the invoice in a readable view for printing. From a PDF that was read you can also get the ZUGFeRD PDF: your original PDF with the invoice attached.

Your data

For unpacking, everything stays on our server in Germany, in memory. If the AI reading is needed, your PDF additionally goes to a language model on Microsoft Azure in the EU (Sweden region). We store the file nowhere and it is not used for AI training; Microsoft retains inputs for abuse monitoring for at most 30 days.

When it jams

Every validation message comes in plain language with a recommended action. And when nothing flows at all: emergency service — no surcharge.
